This address is for grown-ups. Please don’t include your child’s real name, photo or other personal details: we don’t need them to help you.
What you can write to us about
- Questions from parents and teachers, for example about levels, screen time or using MindRocket in class. Many answers are already in the parent FAQ.
- Privacy. Your child’s data lives on your device, and you can export or delete it yourself from the parent area. Our privacy policy explains how, and we’re happy to answer any question about it.
- Problems. Tell us the device and browser you use (for example “iPad, Safari”) and the game where it happened.
- Ideas. New games, new rewards or things your child would love to see.
A lost family code
Family-code backups are encrypted on your device, so we can’t read them and can’t recover a lost code. Keep the code somewhere safe.
